Application:
The provisions laid out in these terms and conditions govern the relationship and interactions between JobberRecruit and the Client, specifically pertaining to the provision of services by JobberRecruit.
1. Job Placement: While JobberRecruit facilitates job opportunities through its service, the final hiring decision lies with the respective recruiting companies.
2. Third-party Information: The content available on our platform, including materials from Advertisers, Employers, and Job Seekers, is sourced from third parties. However, the authenticity and accuracy of such information cannot be guaranteed.
3. Limitation of Responsibility: JobberRecruit cannot be held accountable for the accuracy, legitimacy, or viability of any jobs or information published on the platform or disseminated through third-party sources.
4. Frequency of Alerts/Information: The frequency of alerts or information provided to the Client is subject to the availability of relevant job opportunities. JobberRecruit does not commit to a specific number of alerts per month.
5. Message Delivery: The successful delivery of messages is contingent upon the availability of network services provided by the Client's service provider. JobberRecruit is not responsible for undelivered messages.
6. Information Authenticity: The service provided by JobberRecruit offers information and job vacancies; however, absolute authenticity cannot be guaranteed.
7. Redistribution Rights: Clients are permitted to redistribute alerts received through our service, in accordance with copyright and usage regulations.
8. Termination of Service: JobberRecruit reserves the right to terminate the provision of its services at any time, with or without prior notification to the Client.
9. User Authenticity: JobberRecruit does not verify or certify the authenticity of users availing themselves of its service. As such, the company cannot be held liable for any fraudulent activities that may arise from information sourced through the service.
10. External Links: The service may contain links to external websites. JobberRecruit does not endorse the content of such links and bears no responsibility for their accuracy or legitimacy.
11. Expired Postings: Job postings that have expired on the platform will be disabled but not removed.
Liability:
1. JobberRecruit shall not be held liable for any claims arising from performance, non-performance, delays, or defects in the service. Additionally, the company shall not be liable for indirect losses, including but not limited to loss of profit or revenue, resulting from the use of the service.
2. The company shall not be responsible for claims arising from employer vacancies, information present on the platform, or any losses or damages stemming from the use of the service through JobberRecruit or any of its partners.
3. The liability of JobberRecruit shall, in all circumstances, be limited to the fees directly paid by the Client to the company within the corresponding year/month in which the event giving rise to the claim occurred.
4. This limitation of liability does not extend to cases of proven negligence leading to death or personal injury caused by the company or its employees.
Indemnification:
The Client shall indemnify JobberRecruit against any liability, claims, or damages arising from the Client's utilization of the service, including but not limited to claims from third parties.
Exemption from Loss or Damage:
JobberRecruit shall not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Client resulting from direct or indirect utilization of the services provided by the company.
By availing themselves of the services offered by JobberRecruit, Clients implicitly acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
