Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Client Success Manager to lead the growth and retention efforts of our organization. This role combines strategic business development with client relationship management to drive revenue, strengthen partnerships, and ensure long-term client satisfaction and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities in line with company goals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor insights, and partnership opportunities.
Prepare and present compelling business proposals, pitches, and presentations.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize go-to-market efforts.
Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools.
Client Success & Relationship Management
Onboard new clients and guide them through a seamless integration process.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Monitor client health metrics and proactively address issues to improve satisfaction.
Develop long-term relationships to ensure client retention and account growth.
Gather and analyze client data to deliver actionable insights and improvements.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client challenges and deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
4–6 years of experience in business development, account management, or client success.
Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs and revenue targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
