Job Summary:

Oversee quality control across all stages of garment production, ensuring materials and finished products meet brand standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

 • Enforce quality standards for fabrics and garments

 • Inspect materials and monitor production quality

 • Conduct audits on durability, colorfastness, and performance

 • Evaluate and manage supplier quality

 • Analyze production data to improve quality

 • Train tailors on quality procedures

 • Provide feedback to design and production teams

Requirements:

 • Female candidates only

 • Must live on Lagos Island (no accommodation provided)

 • Must be able to sew

 • HND/BSc in Fashion or related field

 • 3+ years of experience as a Quality Control Manager

 • Strong garment construction and textile knowledge

 • Attention to detail, team player, strong communication skills
