                              *Job Summary* 

We're seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to develop and implement a social media strategy that showcases our salon's brand, services, and expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and driving customer engagement.

 *Key Responsibilities* 

1. *Social Media Strategy*: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the salon's goals and objectives.

2. *Content Creation*: Create high-quality, engaging content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) that showcases the salon's services, expertise, and brand.

3. *Account Management*: Manage and maintain the salon's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), ensuring consistency and brand integrity.

4. *Customer Engagement*: Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews on social media, providing excellent customer service and building brand loyalty.

5. *Analytics and Reporting*: Monitor and analyze social media metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform future content and strategy decisions.

 *Requirements* 

1. *Experience*: 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.

2. *Skills*: Excellent writing, photography, and video production skills, with ability to create engaging content.

3. *Software*: Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics).

4. *Knowledge*: Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
