Customer Care Representative Full-time Job

Job Role: A smart and honest personnel is needed for the role Customer Care Representative for a cosmetic company.

Location : Applicants must be living around Yaba, Sabo, Ebute -Metta, Akoka or its environs.

Workdays : Mon- Friday (8am - 6pm).

Saturdays (9am -5pm).

Job Role:

• Handle customers enquires on company’s products and services on social media platforms and in store.

• Provide accurate recommendations to help solve customers’ issues. 

• Process customers’ orders seamlessly. 

• Follow up on customers from the point of sale, to delivery and post delivery. 

Requirements: 

• Min of OND or HND

• A minimum of 2 years working experience as a customer care personnel. 

• Rigorous marketing and follow up skills.

• Intelligent and able to work with little to no supervision. 

• Strong communication and calculation skills. 

• Must be a well organized and have a well detailed orientation. 

• Must be willing to work for at least 1 year.
