Salary: 220,000/month + up to 30,000 in sales bonuses
Work Schedule: 5 days/week (3 days Lekki, 2 days Ikeja; weekends included)
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily store operations, sales, customer service, and team coordination
• Conduct monthly stock counts using Loyverse POS
• Drive team performance to meet sales targets
• Report business updates to the CEO
Requirements:
• BSc or higher
• 3+ years experience in a retail supervisory/managerial role
• Background in the interior décor industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills
