What You’ll Do:

 • Engage clients online & in-person with excellent service.

 • Convert enquiries to sales and manage follow-ups.

 • Create engaging product content (videography is a plus).

 • Assist with fittings, consultations, and order updates.

 • Handle light admin tasks (scheduling, messaging, filing).

Requirements:

 • BSc in a related field.

 • 2+ years’ proven sales & customer relations experience.

 • Tech-savvy (WhatsApp, IG, spreadsheets, CRM, Email).

 • Interest or background in fashion is an advantage.
