Responsibilities:

 • Assist the Head Chef in kitchen operations

 • Prepare and cook meals to high standards

 • Supervise kitchen staff

 • Oversee inventory and menu planning

 • Ensure top hygiene and food safety standards

Requirements:

 • 2–3 years’ experience as a Sous Chef

 • Strong culinary and food prep skills

 • Team leadership & time management

 • Knowledge of inventory and hygiene protocols
