Creative Assistant (Content + Facebook Ads) Full-time Job

Location: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos (Hybrid preferred; remote possible)

Hours: Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 5:30 PM

Qualification: B.Sc / HND

About the Role:

We’re hiring a Creative Assistant to manage content, edit videos, and support digital marketing for a growing hair brand.

Responsibilities:

 • Manage and post daily content

 • Repurpose content into captions, reels, stories, TikToks

 • Edit short-form videos (e.g. CapCut)

 • Grow IG/TikTok presence

 • Set up and monitor Facebook ads (training available)

 • Suggest creative ideas and assist with engagement

Requirements:

 • Social media savvy (IG/TikTok)

 • Basic video editing

 • Eager to learn ads & content strategy

 • Proactive, organized, and teachable

 • Passionate about storytelling and growth
