Customer Service Representative (Website Channel) Full-time Job

Location: Trade Fair, Lagos

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Summary

 • Manage and update product listings, banners, and blog content on the website

 • Track, confirm, and resolve issues with online orders

 • Communicate with customers via email and WhatsApp

 • Coordinate with the logistics team for timely dispatch and delivery

 • Manually update order statuses as needed

Requirements

 • HND or BSc in a relevant field

 • Prior experience in e-commerce or skincare customer service is a plus

 • Familiar with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms

 • Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy

 • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
