Job Summary
- We are looking for a strategic and self-driven Growth & Marketing Manager to lead our user acquisition, activation, and retention efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital campaigns (Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads) to drive app downloads
- Develop and optimise referral programs and promo campaigns
- Conduct offline marketing: school activations, partnerships, campus tours
- Analyze user data, cost-per-acquisition, and conversion rates
- Collaborate with product/dev team to improve onboarding and retention
- Manage social media and content engagement
- Suggest strategies for expanding into new cities
Requirements
- Experience in growth marketing, digital ads, and user acquisition
- Strong understanding of Nigerian mobile app user behaviour
- Familiar with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Google Analytics, App Store consoles
- Able to work independently and make decisions
- Experience in tech startups, ride-hailing, logistics, or e-commerce is a strong advantage
