General Manager (Furniture & Interiors) Full-time Job

Location: Ilupeju/Mushin, Lagos (Hybrid – 5 days on-site, 1 remote)

Salary: N350,000 – N400,000 + Bonus

Responsibilities:

 • Oversee factory operations and teams

 • Ensure quality production and timely installations

 • Coordinate with sales, design, and procurement

 • Optimize systems and workflows

Requirements:

 • 7+ years in furniture production/operations

 • Strong leadership and industry knowledge

 • Skilled in woodwork, upholstery, and finishing
