Requirements

Key Responsibilities


Finance Roles

  1. Provide financial planning, analysis, and advisory support
  2. Manage financial reporting and compliance
  3. Support budgeting and forecasting processes
  4. Utilize SAP FICO for financial operations (where applicable)

HR Roles

  1. Support talent management and recruitment processes
  2. Handle employee relations and HR operations
  3. Implement HR policies and organizational development initiatives

Supply Chain Role

  1. Manage procurement and commercial activities
  2. Oversee vendor relationships and contract negotiations
  3. Ensure efficient supply chain operations and cost optimization

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Finance, HR, Business, Supply Chain, etc.)
  2. Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, ICAN, CIPM) are an added advantage
  3. Experience in similar roles within reputable organizations
  4. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  5. Knowledge of SAP (especially for SAP FICO role)
