using our services (“User”, “Client”, “Employer”, or “Job Seeker”).
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue use of the platform immediately.
1. Definitions
For clarity, the following definitions apply throughout these Terms:
- “Services” – All recruitment tools, job listings, alerts, communication systems, and resources provided by JobberRecruit.com.
- “Client” – Any employer, recruiter, company, or organization using our platform.
- “User” – Any individual accessing JobberRecruit.com, including job seekers and employers.
- “Content” – All data displayed on the platform such as job listings, company profiles, articles, images, or external links.
2. Use of Services
Our Services aim to streamline the hiring and job-search process in Nigeria. By using the platform, you agree to the following terms:
2.1 Platform Purpose
JobberRecruit.com serves as a medium for employers and job seekers to connect. We do not:
- participate in recruitment decision-making,
- guarantee job placement for any user,
- independently verify every job listing or employer submission.
2.2 No Assurance of Job Placement
JobberRecruit does not guarantee that:
- a job seeker will be hired,
- an employer will receive a specific number of applications,
- a listed job will result in a successful hire.
2.3 Third-Party Information
Some content originates from third parties such as employers or advertisers. While we attempt to screen listings, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or authenticity of third-party content. Users should independently verify information before acting on it.
2.4 Availability of Alerts or Notifications
Delivery of job alerts or updates depends on system performance and external networks. We do not guarantee:
- uninterrupted alert delivery,
- specific frequency of notifications,
- successful delivery in cases of network interruptions.
2.5 External Links
We may provide links to external websites. JobberRecruit is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.
2.6 User Conduct
Users agree:
- not to misuse our Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes,
- to submit accurate and truthful information,
- not to disrupt or compromise system functionality or security.
2.7 Modification or Termination of Service
We reserve the right to, at any time:
- modify or suspend Services,
- restrict or discontinue features,
- remove or disable access to content,
- terminate a user's access with or without notice.
Expired job postings remain visible but cannot receive applications.
3. Limitation of Liability
3.1 General Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobberRecruit is not liable for:
- losses resulting from use or inability to use our Services,
- inaccuracies or omissions in job listings,
- system downtime or technical disruptions,
- indirect or consequential damages including loss of revenue or profits.
3.2 Third-Party Content
We are not responsible for:
- the legitimacy of employer job postings,
- the actions or conduct of candidates, employers, or external partners,
- losses arising from reliance on third-party information.
Where applicable, our liability is limited strictly to fees paid directly to us within the period of the issue.
3.3 Safety and Verification
We do not certify the identity or intent of users. We are not liable for fraud, misrepresentation, or misconduct by any party using the platform.
3.4 Indemnity
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless JobberRecruit from any claims or liabilities arising from:
- misuse of our Services,
- violations of these Terms,
- content submitted by the Client.
3.5 Personal Injury
These Terms do not exclude liability for proven negligence resulting in death or personal injury.
4. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in competent Nigerian courts.

By using any part of JobberRecruit.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.
