Salary: 200,000–250,000 + 5% commission

Role Summary:

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales and marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

 • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans

 • Oversee content creation and brand visibility

 • Align sales and marketing goals with business objectives

 • Manage budgets and measure campaign ROI

 • Lead and motivate the sales team

Requirements:

 • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field

 • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role

 • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic skills
