Senior HR Generalist

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee payroll processes
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Assist in compensation strategy development
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Provide HR guidance to employees
- Coordinate performance reviews and employee development
- Promote employee engagement and positive workplace.
- Manage the HR operations and employee relations functions.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in payroll administration , ERP, and HRIS(seamless HR)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 5-7 years of HR Generalist experience with a focus on data analysis, Payroll and benefits
- HR certification (SPHRI, CIPM, CIPD is a plus)
