Sales/Customer Representative Full-time Job

Location: Mobil Road, Ilaje Ajah.

Work Schedule:

•Monday–Friday: 10 AM – 6 PM (Onsite)

•Saturday: Remote

Job Description:

•Call and convert new leads to customers

•Follow up with inactive or pending customers

•Send confirmed orders to delivery agents via WhatsApp

•Handle WhatsApp chats and inbound calls professionally

•Resolve customer complaints promptly

Requirements:

•BSc, HND, or OND

•Minimum 1 year sales/customer service experience

•Excellent communication skills

•Female candidates preferred
